Ginger, I don't need a daughter, I just need disposable income .

MP they are great food suggestions. I want mini pizzas and pikelets now!

Cally - OUCH - though it sounds like you handled it well...she won't do it many times. I agree they do eat more when there's another little person around. We pack huge lunch boxes because she eats so much at FDC, compared to at home.

Missy E seems much better, we had dramas last night at dinner time which was probably just tiredness, she went down last night and we didn't hear a peep out of her for the WHOLE NIGHT! I talked to her quite a lot yesterday about lying down snuggly in her bed and not calling out for Mummy and Daddy so maybe it was my extraordinary skills of persuasion or maybe she's just over it now and able to sleep properly again. Either way I"m still loading her up with probiotics, figure it can only help.

Getting ready for a round of battles with DD1 this weekend over her ridiculous "gold rush" project *sigh* which she predictably has left until the last few weeks of term. They have to design and construct a piece of equipment that could be used for getting alluvial gold (along with a number of written tasks). FFS! And because I'm a mean mummy I insist she goes to the library to get "old fashioned" information out of books which rankles because she thinks she can get find everything on google.
