Ok I think we have got this routine thing going. He was a bit hard to wake up at 6pm, but his granny (MIL) was visiting & kept him entertained while we had dinner. Again, we are doing the wrong thing - it's dreadful that we woke him up. We're never going to win with her *sigh*

Sooo we have another 3 hr sleep now, then we're going to have a bath at 10pm - with the heater on of course - and see how we go when we got to bed at 11ish.....
