My doctor at the hospital was very casual about it all (very annoying when your totally freaking out), but he basically said i didnt need further tests as long as my hcg levels came down steadily. He was only going to do more tests if they started going up again.

I did take myself back to my gp when my waiting period was up and ask for an ultrasound just to make sure everything was normal. which it was.
