Hey guys, all good here - I'm actually in Victoria, but we've had a huge ammount of rain today as well... thankfully we live right on top of a hill as we've had warnings of flash flooding in our area too.
Gem - Another Pink Bundle!!! Congrats!
Dory - glad you're all safe!
Dexy - how are you and yours going darl? Hope everything is well.
afm - Went to the ward to get checked out yesterday morning, and everything was fine, then DS got bitten on the foot by some insect (still have no clue what it was that bit him) and his foot has swelled up to twice it's size so last night we went up to emergency and now he's on phenergen to help ease the itching thats it's causing him, and while there I started getting bad back pain again so off we went to maternity for the second time and I was put on the CTG machine, got to hear "Little Miss Dragonfly's" HB, which ranged between 140 and 147bpm. Turned out she was just being extremely active and putting pressure on my back which set off the BHs again, the little minx.
So I'm just taking it easy now, trying not to worry about my mum (she's in brissy, works in caboolture but lives in Kurwongbah - at least I think thats how it's spelt lol) last time we heard from her was the night before last when hubby called her to find out if they were ok, which thankfully they were, the water was going around them.
I'm also a bit anxious about some of the ladies in my BellyBuddies group who are up that way too, so far they are fine but it doesn't stop me from worrying about them.
Other than that nothing much is happening other than hubby being out of work, so we're doing it a bit tough financially these days but somehow surviving. Hubby has discovered a new hobby of making toy boxes so he's planning on selling some at the local markets to earn a bit of extra cash.
