Jovie gets rice milk and water. Matilda is 4 and only now gets 1/2 cup of juice every few days.
In summer when I was struggling to get Matilda to drink anything, I would give her a drop of cordial in water, and Jovie would scream, so I'd do a drop of beetroot juice in water LMAO.... just for the colour
