Default Does this affect your temp?

I sleep with a fan on me most nights, so I wake up pretty cool. Would this affect my temp upon waking up? Or should I sleep with the fan facing away or something.

Lol, may be a silly question but I want to get it right this month!

    thanks for any help....

It could affect your temp, probably not heaps but obviously it would keep you cooler. If you are doing the same thing every night though your temp rise should still be noticeable.

    Hi Skyeblue
As long as you have the fan on consistantly it should show your rise and dips when charting!

We have the aircon on every night in our room and some morning i wake up fairly cool around the face and you can see by my chart i still have the good rise and falls on there.

    Hope this helped you!

This is the same question I asked about 11 months ago! The feedback I received was that it wouldnt effect internal temperature enough to show on a chart (just your external surface temperature). I fell pregnant in early April just as we stopped using the a/c and I didnt notice any difference on my chart.

    Good luck this month Skyeblue!

    Thanks guys,
So I'll continue using the fan, Ill try to aim it away from my face, and hopefully that should be ok!
