Oh Christy, you've got me in tears. This just must seem to be a never ending story for you. But you have come so far in the last few weeks. Finally you have some concrete answers, that explain so much of the issues you've been dealing with. And already you have seen results. I hope this story has a happy ending and soon for you. But in the meantime, know that you have done everything you could have and then some. You were let down by the system, but that didn't stop you from pushing on.
