I am new here and this is my very first post!
I know how frustrating it can be TTC with DH working on the mines FIFO. My DH was working remote in the Murchison for 3 years and we decided that TTC and having a family was not so great on a FIFO roster. We tried for 6 months at end of 2005 beg of 2006 and not once did he end up home when i ovulated :frown:
We decided that it was time to make a move from lovely Perth that had been our home for nearly all our lives and move to Kalgoorlie. He is residential now and even though we see each other every day instead of every other week it has still taken us 10 months of trying and still no BFP.
Like Westy said FIFO is very hard on mums with bubs because they have to rely heavily on their other family members for support so it is very important to have someone to lean on for help
I got to agree with S'rose, there are lots of FIFO babies out there! :biggrin:
