There is a fantastic thread on the MFP website about it, if you are interested.

Anyway, it does make sense, it is just a different formula and method to a strict VLCD, which is what 12WBT essentially is.
I was about to ask what MFP was ...

I wonder how many calories it burns being peed off with a colleague ...

Absolutely - it's just this woman. She says stuff like this all the time, because she heard something on the radio, or because she's extrapolated it from something else, and then passes it off as absolute truth, passes herself off as an expert, and gets very offended if anyone says anything to the contrary.

So here it was annoying because she wasn't just saying that it was a neutral food, but that I was incorrect in including it in my daily counter, because it doesn't have any calories ... That was the issue

Ok, that post wasn't there when I wrote mine! I really, *really* need to remember to refresh before posting! I was replying to the earlier post from TTCAM.

Great work PZ! I've plateaued at 10 kgs down since DD2, so still have 6 kgs to lose pre-pregnancy then the rest I want to lose forever.

I haven't diarised anything as yet. I am still trying to work out the best time for me to exercise - I am thinking after school drop off for DD1 as DD2 has better morning sleeps than arvo. Otherwise I'll exercise at night like I used to but it just makes it a late night for me & with me still doing bfs during the night I am buggered! (hmmm.... just realised what the time is! lol)

While I'm not working, I'm spending a lot of time at the gym. Went for 2 hours yesterday (plus 40 mins walk to/from), going to spend quite a bit of time there tomorrow since they have a pool. I'm also back at uni shortly, so will have to schedule around 3 nights a week on campus. Which will probably mean mornings before work.

    ok - so fessing up!

    1km trial - 12 minutes (so 5km p/hr)

pushups - 27 (not bad, eh? but only one of my toes ...)

    plank - 1 minute

    wall sit - 1 minute

    sit and reach - +12.5cm

So mostly intermediate, but I am so definitely a beginner!

I'll do mine today/tonight. Will be interesting to see how bad my form has gone in the last 12 weeks (I didn't do the last round).

Don't forget to do measurements too

Plus the before photo, if you want to be in the running to win prizes at the end of the round you need to make sure you have something with the date in the photo, I'm grabbing the paper from the gym on the way home.
