I'm still here, though I think this week is a write off. I haven't been consistant with anything. Have done some exercise but probably not enough and have had some bad food choices. I have started today with a renewed determination. As soon as DD2 goes down for a nap I'm going out and doing some weights no matter how tired I am!!

Mollycat, yay for finally getting a Wii. I'm trying to talk DH in to getting on and I think he's nearly cracked. He's been saying he wants to do things at night when the kids go to bed, instead of just sitting on the computer or watching TV. I think a Wii is the perfect solution.

I've been good - I've eaten breakfast EVERY morning for the last few days - I also actually ate dinner last night.

I'm still here too, this weekend I was naughty and had pie and chips, so hopefully the greasy's won't affect me too much. I've been having heaps of salads and healthier choices so hopefully that will out weigh the bad stuff. I've only gone for two walks so far and will go again this afternoon. Yesterday I wore Julian in the carrier so that was a resistance walk, cos he's an extra 6kgs.

I've noticed that my clothes are starting to feel a little looser, just haven't gone down a size yet, hopefully that will be soon.

Punkin yay for eating breakfast everyday, I'm having to making a concerted effort to always eat, otherwise it gets to lunch time and I'm starving and just pig out.

    hugs xoxo

We just got back from a couple of dys away with family and friends, and blerg.........I feel gross. Not that I ate anything really excessive, but I didnt get much 'regular' excercise like I do when I am at home, just lots of wandering etc, and I didnt eat as well as I do at home- plus I had a few beers and a few glasses of wine, and all up it has led to me feeling horrid.
We took the kids out for a treat lunch yesterday and had fish and chips, and the grease from that has given me an unbelievable upset stomach.
Anyway home now, so back to it. I have a PT session in the morning, and with any luck I might get a short walk in this arvo.

I think we are getting to the stage where the novelity of it all has warn off, and now is when the real work to stay motivated and on track begins. Good luck everyone, I am sure we can do it.

Hi everyone, hope all is going well. OOOOhhhhh looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I got some WW scales today from BIG W! Tells you your body fat percentage too, they are great. I am right on the borderline with fat so need to get under that to feel better. Love my new scales, does anyone else have the body fat percentage ones?

Went to coast yesterday and visited Mum and we went to the RSL for lunch. There was salad there but I felt blahhhh so had crumbed barra (5.5points) and salad. Still had 1 point left over last night! So I didn't blow out and felt good about that choice (even though it was deep fried!).

Hoping you are all going great guns with your water drinking, exercise and healthy choices!

    Thinking of you all xxoo

I am hoping for a good result tomorrow but I fear I may have blown it. While I have been keeping up the exercise (going EVERY day) I had a big night on Friday night (wayy too much alcohol), hangover food on Saturday, Satay Chicken for dinner last night and a the most unhealthy option from Sumo Salad today.

I'm going for a HUGE walk tonight but I'm worried I won't show a loss.

I am motivated because I keep telling myself it's only 11 kilos - you can do this!

well I've bitten the bullet and ordered lite'n'easy (just breakfast, MT, lunch, AT) coz I'm being really slack about my eating at the moment. It will arrive on Thursday, so I'll start on Friday.

I'm going to the gym at lunchtime tomorrow.

I'd love to see how much more of this weight I can shift, or at least how much I can tone the bod in the next 6 weeks. I'm also going to see if I can get my Wii Fit on the weekend so I can exercise at home as well.

Queenbee I've got the WW scales with the bodyfat% and H2O% as well, I think that they are great.

Just did an hour walk and am feeling great, I hope that I've lost some this week with been naughty on the weekend, but I'm determined to lose all this excess weight and am not going to give up until I do.

I'm like that Amy - I look at how much I've lost & how much I've got left to lose and I think I can actually make it (and probably go to a lower weight)

Thanks Amanda! They are great aren't they! Got 6 months subscription of WW mag too with the purchase. I did call them though as it said it expired on 31 December 2008. But they are still going to send the mags to me! Nice WW! In my DP's name of course as members are not eligible, seems pretty dumb that doesn't it!

I just can't get it together......have had a(an??) horrific day- hot chips, deep fried calamari, ice cream, can of soft drink...We went to the beach and my brother shouted us lunch. There were no healthy choices, just the fish n chips. And I felt bad to say no. I did exercise, swimming and walking alot, but still. I really doubt I will have lost anything this week, if not gaining what I've already lost. I dread weighing myself tomorrow...and I just feel yuck too. I have to go shopping cause I have no food left and no fruit or salad stuff.

You girls are all doing so well, I need some of your determination and will power! Good job everyone

C'mon lilias! You can do it! You have identified what you did wrong - now start tomorrow with a new determination!! You are doing well to come in here and confess - now at least pat yourself on the back for that

I have been good this week- I jumped on the scales the other day and they dipped into the 83kg range - woohoo! Haven't been that low since pre-Flynn!

Had chinese for dinner tonight but its my birthday so I have allowed myself 'a day off' so to speak. I figure this time if I let myself have treats occasionally Im more likely to stick with healthy eating and lifestyle in general. I dont think I will have lost much as I have had dinner out (but I only had a beef salad ) a wedding (didnt worry about what I ate) and my birthdya this week plus I am due for AF but I have exercised a lot so Im happy if i have stayed the same tomorrow will tell

well done for everone who is still here and trying to meet the challenge here is to a better week next week

Sararose- Happy Birthday although it will prob be a bit late by the time you read this.

Lilias- as someone pointed out to me the other day dont focus on 1 bad day look at the week in general with regards to eating/exercise and it may not be as bad as you think

Well i too am dreading the weigh in tomo. I was naughty and weighed myself 2 days ago whilst on the wii and it only showed a 300g loss but i havent been very good so i am worried that i will be the same or even heavier than last week BUT DH is back Fri morning so i am hoping to get back on track. The only real execise i have been able to do with him been gone is the wii fit so it will be nice to be able to get back to the gym properly Even if i do stay the same i will send in my figures to Lucy as i am serious about this challenge i have just had an emotionally hard week and it has reflected.

    GL tomo everyone.

Queenbee - I've a set of Tanita scales that do weight, bodyfat %, H20, bone mass, visceral fat (amount of fat in your belly around all your organs) and biological age. They are awesome, best $ I've spent.

Lilias - YOU CAN DO IT GIRL!! Tomorrow is another day, another chance for you to make good food choices. Hang in there, we are all here cheering you on.

Amy - Woohoo on your jog! Great effort!

Roryrory - Woohoo for you too for the loss! I am still dreaming of being prebaby weight.

Sararose - Happy Birthday! I agree about not banning certain foods otherwise it is just too easy to go overboard with it. I've been allowing myself a few treats here and there and I try to remember to do a bit of extra exercise to make up for it.

Had a tough workout in Pilates class tonight. My hamstrings and hips are soooo tight, it makes some things difficult to do. Prebaby I was so much stronger and doing advanced level, now I'm back in beginners class

I did my measurements today as I don't know if I will have time tomorrow and I've lost 7cm this week But I have gained half a kilo Hopefully it's all muscle!

100g GAIN for me this week

Alcohol is NOT my friend and I think it proved once again to be my downfall this week. It's a bit frustrating because I have put so much hard work into my exercise routine this last week. I will be ramping it up this week and including jogging, light weights and resistence training. Now that I am stronger and fitter my walks are no longer challenging - so it's on to jogging for me!! That in itself is exciting.

My next goal is to get under 70kgs (currently 71.9). That would be AMAZING if I could do that in a week. It will be a challenge but I am ready for it.

Loss of 0.1kgs this week for me and 2.5cm off bust, waist and hips! I don't care how much I lose, as long as I have a loss! Walked heaps but did have some alcohol (bicardi) so I will try really hard not to drink this week. I think it is the alcohol that does it for me too Amy! But I was in my points range so am happy. Weigh in for WW is Saturday so hopefully I will lose some more by then!

Keep up the good work ladies.

    xx
