Hi Ya Girls.
I've been offline at home as my computer is very sick and at the drs being repaired at the moment. I think it has a trojan something. We even have Trend Micro and is up to date and all, yet it still got sick. I'll be getting it back soon.
I had a dismal weekend when it comes to working out. I couldn't go to the gym as DH worked on the weekend and last night we had family over for a bbq. I avoided eating bbq by help feed DD but mum caught on to the fact that i was delaying eating. I then had to eat. I did over indulge a bit i must add and feel real guilty for it.
I had very little loss this week, only about 500g but the cms are down a bit. I hate losing the final kgs as it is really hard to get rid of. Anyone got any tips??
LOL on the fishing wire and builders tape. I must admit that it did take me awhile to buy a tape measure too as its not something you easily remember to buy when you are out shopping.
I am also ashamed to admit that i have two bathroom scales in the bathroom. I use them both and weigh myself everydayMy fat percentage has gone down to 29.94%, which is still pretty bad though. My jeans are getting a little more loose, but i want to see the scales go down!
I'll be hitting the gym tonight, can't wait! I'm going to do double the workout for not being able to go on the weekend. I am a naughty girl.

At least we are committed hehehehhe They are only about $1 from a cheap shop of supermarket... I will buy one tomorrow.

. If I only weigh myself once a week it can be very discouraging, but when I weigh most days, I know if I'm heading the right direction or not.
