well i dunno, but I started with WW (a little while ago lol) and i've lost about 4kg. Interestingly my WAIST measurement has barely changed... but my pot belly / jelly belly / spare tyre (whatever you wanna call it) was going down massively - 8cm down so far. So I figure the salads are helping. Mind you, I'm a "put weight on waist" kinda person too. So for this challenge I'm not measuring my waist, but my tummy since that's the one I really need to get down, and it seems to be changing quickest anyway!
I know they say you can't "spot lose" so to speak, but i'm sure all over weight loss & toning (including around the belly area) has to help!
