I'm in Newcastle too Andria and yep, Sydney is the closest... although that doesn't really matter as you will do it 'by correspondence' so to speak... you will do your measurements, weigh ins etc at home by yourself, and you will email or phone if or when you have any issues and to let them know your weight at each blood test.
Natasha in Sydney is fantastic! She is such an inspiration.

My cousin did this diet and lost 40kg.. it teaches you how to eat very very minimal. and doesnt encourage exercise..

Anyways she stopped doing it.. and put on 78kg...

I wouldnt touch this diet.. eat healthy and exercise.. much more important!!

how are you all finding Cohen's now?
DH is thinking about starting the program he has 80 odd kg's to lose, sounds like your all doing fantastically!!

ll80 - I had to stop my diet because I am pregnant... I am definitely going to be paying another $750 when I finish breastfeeding this baby to get a whole new plan again.
Someone I made friends with over the cohens forums has lost a fantastic amount of weight, so inspirational! I can't wait to get back to being a loser again (lol) but I am also more than happy baking a gorgeous little baby.
