    Gizzmo,
As Sassy mentioned, you can't do it if you're pregnant, but you shouldn't diet whilst pregnant anyway. I have read studies into ADHD and one of the factors have been weight loss during pregnancy (which is scary stuff)
I personally wouldn't risk it. I carried my youngest with way too much weight on, and besides the aches & pains, both of us were very healthy.
I actually started Cohen's in Aug 07, but had to stop due to pregnancy, then I miscarried, and have re started again now.

Lulu - Yep a lot of people will put weight back on after Cohens... but it is no more so than those who put the weight on after most diets. The thing with Cohen's is that you are making changes for the rest of your life, not just for the duration of your diet. A friend of mine lost close to 90kgs in a little over 6 months on Cohens, that was over a year ago and he hasn't put his weight back on. The thing is, you will have fluctuations but know what to do to control it in the end. I have a lot to lose, and I know that once I go to goal, past re feed and onto maintenance, I will be like that for life... but anything I do gain will be easier to lose than the great amount I have to lose now.

Check out the New You forums when you can... there are many inspirational people on there, many more experienced people too who could answer your questions too. I am on there under the name Jamanoha.

    Hehehe... thanks Lulu

I weighed myself last monday, 5 weeks in and I have now lost 14.1kgs.
My husband came up to me today and said "Wow sweetie, you can really tell you've lost weight" which was amazing and had put the BIGGEST smile on my face... I love that he said it without me prompting him (honey... do you think I've lost weight????? lol)

Definitely check out the forums Lulu... there are so many amazing people on there.
I hope to see you around sometime

    Thanks Lulu
I am going to a concert in March next year, and I have an outfit I want to wear by then... but I am also going to see Pink in July, and I am hoping to be done with it all by then. Mind you, I have a LOT of weight to lose so I might not quite be there by then, but hopefully willpower & determination aslo help with the weight loss
    Enjoy your 2 weeks away!
