I like their philosophy of not-dieting. It's how I try to view what I am doing. For me, personally, I'm not so confident about eating what you like if you feel like it. That's pretty much how I got into this mess
When I say you can eat whatever you like, I don't mean its a free for all and you just eat and eat and eat. She does have calorie restrictions, and says if you want to lose weight you eat under your TDEE. Which is totally different in the sense of eating 1200 calories. If you want to maintain, eat your TDEE. If you want to gain weight, eat over it. I know that when I was eating whatever before, I would have been eating over my TDEE without a problem. I probably ate it in chocolate alone lol

And I don't think I'm one of those people that can do low carb, I get too fainty when I do it and my body wants to black out on me. Even though I have an inflammatory issue (IBS), its not helped by going low carb when even standing up nearly makes me pass out LOL
