If the name is for the benefit of Leesa - I say Lair of Triumph, but if it's for others (like her victims..) - I'd say 'Lair of Torture'.

Today I started trying to break my carb addiction and it went fairly well. The whole family went for a walk after work which was good too. But my knee is hurting a bit and I'm not sure what's wrong there...

The lady who lives across the road does Yoga and I've been umming and ahhing about joining her night class for a while - but I think I'll join now, just to help with a bit extra moving around. Whaddya think?
