(Abb, don't worry i had myself a cr@ppo weekend like that too, didn't help SIL passed away 1 week ago yesterday & i was on a bus shopping tour that happen to go to a lolly shop then when there i felt a bit down hence went a little nuts there buying up some white choc coated raspberries (um, my fav) ... then DP thought he would surprise me last night when i got back with some bought scones, jam & cream ... he wanted to prove he could whip cream as the other week it was his 1st attempt & he turned it into butter, LOL !!)

I look at all your avvys & I think - but you all look so freakin awesome!
LMAO I wish I looked like my avvy!!!

So how is everyone going so far......first week is the hardest.
I fell off my own original wagon so we have just gotten back on. My problem is I truly cannot do all at once. Eating at the right times, drinking water, cutting choccy, exercing... all at once doesnt work here so I am trying to go slow! But I'm starting to love exercise again so that's on my side!

What annoy's me is that just cause im a big chick people automatically think I eat high fat, sugary stuff. Ahh NAH!!!!!! I just dont eat at the right times and eat the wrong foods for my body along with lack of exercise.
Yeah I know what you mean althought my problem is that I WAS tiny, well average, but acceptably tiny for my self esteem - before I got pregnant. Now I am just tits and tummy. I can't look at me and believe I weight 105kg. I truly can't... it's all boobies.

PMSL chrissy! Hope the nose isn't too sore!

Well done to everyone! Like Maz said, even if there isn't a weight loss, we're all on the way to more beautiful, healthy people

On 9am this morning, they have an 8-week summer challenge, just in time for summer. I think it's a good way to get started. My plan is to follow this for 8 weeks, and beyond until I'm at my goal weight.

Well, nothing for me this week...but well done to you all, very inspiring!

My mission this week is to walk every day, even if it's just 15 - 20 minutes...no excuses for not having time...if I can sit on BB, I can walk

jasp it take alot of motivation to get my big lazy butt in order believe me.
I have the steepest drive way ever, RR will vouch for that. I had a small walk with RR and the kids to the park this morning but have just walked up and down my drive 6 times, and farrrr out it has nearly killed me. Tomorrow i will try 8. Just going to do it bit by bit.
