Huge hugs first of all I have been in your situation and it is not nice when you get that feeling. I don't for a second think you are unattractive or that your husband thinks any such thing, but how we feel ourself is so important and if you feel that you need to get in shape then that is what you need to do.

I agree with previous posters with regards to walking. I walked for hours with my twins in a pram and it really worked to shift the weight, but if the pram will not suit your DD a sling is an excellent idea.

The other thing I did was work out in my own loungeroom when my children were napping. I watched aerobics TV DVD's and tried to do one every day. So that was an hour of walking and an hour of working out every day, which sounds like a lot but it is only 1/12 of your day to invest in yourself. You will be amazed how quickly you feel toned and healthy with regular exercise, and there is no need to join a gym to do it.

I hope you feel happier tomorrow, but if you don't harness this energy in a positive way and use it to work towards a fitter, healthier you.
