I think the confusing part is the cm's lost rather than the % rounding as doesn't seem to be actual numbers of what people lost so unless it's a average of % of CM there must have been some kind of equation error.
Yup, well mine I think was correct this week as I lost 0-3-1 = 4 but last week I lost 8 and it is at 2.

looks like a lot of good work happening!!! keep it up ladies

given my start to the week and a weekend of old style cooking coming up I'm not going to challenge you TD - I'm sure you are going to do well - keep up the motivation levels!!

Trill - thanks for taking the time to do this for everyone - I"m a bit confused about the cm lost too though - they don't seem to match what I thought I'd done each week?? maybe i'm not calculating it the right way or something??

Oops I missed the new thread duh! Well i just read all your posts, and I'm feeling way more motivated now! Had been planning my day and hadn't thought about exercise!!! Walk or Wii Fit I think.

I'm with all the others as well - AF here too. Does anyone else find they get massive varation in their weight? I've sometimes checked mine during the week and last week it varied by 1.3kg! That seems pretty big to me, cos if it was up by 1.3kg on weigh-in day I woulda been really discouraged (luckily it wasn't!). I guess it was pre AF week so it could have been fluid retention, but I seem to always have this kinda variation regardless of cycle - guess that's why it's good to do centimetres too!

Love the challenges thrown down and Trillian's suggestion. Gonna start hoicking my 10kg bub around even more-... I reckon my arms are so toned already lol.

    My day today was:

    Steps: 150000
Bfast: weetbix with honey and light soy milk
Mtea: mandarin and a pickle (weird I know but vinegar is supposed to be good for weight loss and I like them)
Lunch: Salad with almonds and olives
Atea: 2 squares of dark choc and a coffee with one sugar and light soy milk, half a piece of toast with light cream cheese (thanks DS!)
Dinner: Clear vege soup with rice
    Other: 2 peppermint teas

Was tough to get the steps today despite soccer training. Think my pedometer changes depending on my shorts.
Better go DS is crying. See you all tomorrow

Is it too late for me to join? I weighed in on Thursday morning so I can pm those weights and measurements, or I can wait til the next weigh in day.

    Not a great day today:

    Steps: 150000
Bfast: weetbix with honey and light soy milk
Mtea: skinny latte with a shot of caramel
Lunch: Salad with almonds and olives
    Atea: a banana, 2 bikkies. 2 peppermints
Dinner: Roast vegies with gravy and two dinner rolls (with butter). Icecream with choc syrup (eek!)
Other: coffee with light soy milk

It would have been ok except I really over ate at dinner. (really really over ate) Oh well. It could have been worse. My morning coffee was McDonalds and DH had a cake and DS had a hash brown so I was pretty good there. It should be a better day for me as I am riding my bike to work and have soccer at night. Plus it is easier not to indulge at work as I have no access to anything good! lol. See you all tomorrow!

Krys - WTG! You are doing so well. I did quite well yesterday and even had a treat from KFC....a BIG treat! One of those cheesecake desserts.....mmmmmmm...*smacks lips together*.....no dessert now till next Sunday night!

I have read also about the vinegar...BLERK! though. Pity Salt n Vinegar chips don't count...or hot chips with vinegar! *drools everywhere*. Bad thoughts...BAD BAD!

I have started having a big glass of water with lemon in it...I should really start the day with it though as a cleanser.

Making fresh pineapple juice today for morning tea with my juicer. Yummo!

Well, I have been flat out doing housework this week. It has been raining so much and I have not been able to go out walking.Anyways, I figured doing my housework such as mopping and vacuuming at a faster pace instead of the lalalala pace I normally do it at! Have also been hangiung out the washing in the gazebo which is up and down stairs so I have been running up and down the stairs...with a washing basket! lol Lucky I have not slipped over.

Will get the Wii out today and play tennis with DS#1....I give him a remote and let him think he is playing too.

One more day till weigh in! My belt I have on atm can now be done up on the 3rd hole...wonder if I will see that tomorrow when I measure????

Keep going girls! YOU CAN DO IT - said with an Arnie impersonation!

    xxxx

    Hi Ya ladies,

Cherished - congrats hun, that is FAB news. Goodluck with bubbsy.

I swear, i was home Fri-Sat-Sun and didn't have time to get on the computer. I was sooo busy. I must admit though, every chance i got, i slept. Every time DD went down so did i. It was great. Caught up on some much missed sleep.

Didn't get to hit the gym on the 3 days though. DH was working during the day, so i couldn't go. I was also very good at not eating crap throughout the day, but must confess that i had 1 row of choc on each of the days, but it was so yummy.

Last Thursday night, i did my 1.5hr workout and then a 1hr body step class. I was sooo tired at the end of it all. DH is getting a bit peeved that i spend so many hours at the gym each night - but i tell him that its ME time. He spends his ME time on the net and i spend ME time tiring myself out.

This morning i hopped on the scales and the scales were flickering between 64.5kg and 65kg. I was wrapped. I'm hoping with tonight's work out, the scales will read 64.5kg for tomorrow's weigh in.

Krys - your exercise and food diary on here is great. It gives me ideas on things to eat. You are doing really well.

Vixstar - the occassional treat isn't bad. I was told that you need to have 1 bad day per week where you can eat the things that you crave (in moderation) so you don't binge.

I read a fantastic quote in the current slimming and health magazine, i'll type it when i get home as i don't have the mag here with me. I love all the inspirational stories. I don't know how some people can lose 40-50kgs. It is truly amazing.
