Cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and homemade pumpkin soup for dinner (with homegrown pumpkins I might add, from my own teensy tiny garden!). In a little while, going to hit the footpath, pushing the pram and walking the dogs. We rode our bikes twice in Adelaide, once from West Beach to Glenelg and then back, and then we went the other way to Henley Beach and back. Not sure how far it was, but it was a beautiful ride along the foreshore. But while away, we ate....a lot!
I've decided I'm not going to talk to the scales anymore. I don't want to know. All I care about right now is to get moving again. Get into a nice walking and bike riding routine and just feel good and bugger the scales. It was getting me down when so little was happening, so I'm just going to get out there and enjoy the fresh air.
Onyx & Sopdet - Where do you go skiing? I've only skiied twice, but loved it. The second time I did, I got a lesson and he was an Austrian instructor with an awesome accent, who spent his time shouting directions at us, while he skiied away from us. Therefore we couldn't hear anything he said First time I skiied was Mt Buller, second time was Mt Hotham.
Hi to everyone else. I've been reading all your posts and you're all doing really well. Hope you're okay appletree
ETA - Walk with poochies done! And I logged the rides we did in Adelaide - one was 6.74kms and one was 4.45kms. Not too bad.
