BTW. Sunshine Coast is an awesome place to live. I would be there if I could afford it. And while I wouldn't commute to Brisbane every day for work, it really isn't that far away at all.
Yanno it's actually not that expensive! I'm renting but have seen some amazing 3 bed houses in Buderim for $350 a week! Compared with what I can get in Brissy...it's amazing!
