the information on the alcohol came in very handy i have four xmas parties over these next 2 weeks so i will modifiy for these occassions, when i went back to my gp for a follow up i had gained 2 kg i was stunned to say the least but he increased my dose and in the last 2 weeks i have noticed that my clothes feel a better fit and i have continued to chart my cycles and so far this cycle is clock work i O'ed on day 14 so will soon find out if if being on metformin has finally given me a normal 28 day cycle
