TTC #2 naturally with PCOS, I was told #1 was impossible but he is H&H and really wants a lil sibling (so does Mummy)
So for it has been 10months and 1 angel bub, I hope this doesn't take too much longer.

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to this site. I first got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16, I knew nothing about it then and am actually saddened that it has taken me about 10 years to find a support group or other people that understand.
A few years later, when I was trying to conceive, my PCOS had gotten worse. My doctor put me on Serophene. Shortly after I conceived my ds Dean, who is now 4 1/2.
I still suffer from PCOS, as you all know, some months are better than others.
I wish everyone well

AF returned post partum at 13 months all by herself no need for metformin and I thought things were on the up... I am currently CD50... need I say more
Update... AF arrived CD55! That is my second longest cycle ever... longest was CD58
TK, i know how frustrating that can be. I used to only get about 2 periods a year and it was horrible

I was expecting longer so I think CD55 is fairly ok... it works out at about a period every 2 months or 6 a year which isn't too bad for a PCOSer on no meds for the PCOS
2 cycles a year, that would do my head in.
I am thinking I will go back to acupuncture and give that a while for cycle regulation before going back to GYN for metformin. We aren't TTC but I would like to get something a bit more regular and also know my cycles before we do try as I would like to do it without metformin.
