we have a Nanny and Pop (DH parents) and a Nangee and Gramps (my parents). My mum wanted to be called nanny as well but she decided it was going to be too confusing for our DD so she decided on Nan the G for the start of her surname. My Step dad always wanted to be a Gramps.
