Aww Hun.... It's not you it's your hormones! You are doing everything you can and its just a matter of the doctors finding the right dose. It takes alot of fiddling. And remember the diabetes will be harder to control as you get further along.
The one thing I found with the diatician tho is they do encourage you to eat quite alot of carbs, my endo said not to eat the extra unless you are being left hungry. So we really need to judge what and how much we eat based on how hungry we are and how hungry we get between meals and what we know will effect our levels.
I'm curious tho, what did you eat for tea the night you got a 10.8?
