    Geat thread, I have BF my bubs until around 18mths and would have gone on longer but they self weaned, and I am feeding my 13mth old right now. I found the best way to stop the negative comments is to be so positive in your manner eg. if someone says " are you still BF" you could say "yep and we love it" it's harder for them to slip in a put down after such a positive answer.

    nope.

    trust me, in a few years you'll look back and be grateful for that time you spent together with the BF, rather than the time you spent cleaning out the highchair!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I almost wish I could have another baby just for the BF experience. ENJOY IT, ignore others.
