Well i ended up going to the doc. He says everything looks good, tummy is soft, bubs head is down and her h/b is good but he's sending me for a scan at 3pm just to be sure there's no internal bleeding or anything.

They were like contractions but i could only feel them in the top of my tummy and my lower back (not like the ones i had with lys), went for 1.5hrs all up, he doesnt think they were braxton hicks but he has no other explanations for it hence the scan just to be safe.
I did have a warm/hot shower and it made it feel better but when i got out they came back again.
Will let ya'll know how my scan goes, i know i said i was over being preg but i dont want her to come out yet, my bags arent packed, her stuff isnt all washed and most importantly shes not baked enough.

    im here!! lol

Kirra- try not to stress hun i have BH's all day every day and have had for weeks. Mine get a little painful too but im really not fussed about them and neither is my midwife. The birth of ur lil girl is getting very close now, ur body is just preparing for it.

Sally (brendansmum) - im doing ok. Last BP check was 130/80 which is great (not fantastic but is for me) i have another check up tomorrow but things seems to be going well. As i told ya im not too worried... ill deal with anything this pregnancy throws at me. There are so many people out there that have it so much worse than me.. PE isnt the end of the world. Tho i am getting very anxious and excited about meeting my lil girl! oh how i wish time would hurry up! give brendan hugs for me and sending ya some more baby dust darl! xoxoxo

    hellllllllllo to everyone else...

Just got back from my scan, dont see the doc til tomorrow but i read the report. They weren't braxton hicks, i have a pollop on my gall bladder and her foot is pushing up into my stomach which is what he believes the pains were.

Bubs is measuring 2611gms, 134bpm. He recons she'll (i had him dbl check she was a girl too) prob be 6 pound-7pound max, but im not holding my breathe on that one, lys was 8pound12.5 so im expecting a big baby and they are known to be wrong. lol.
Feeling much better now that its all clear bubs is ok. Got to see her lil button nose and she had her daddy's lips, hehe. I am so excited i got to see her again, shes so cute and lil and tiny. But im happy to wait atleast another 2 weeks to meet her. Also got to see her practising her breathing. Lys was very cute, she stood there and watched the whole time while holding my hand and being all cute saying that was her lil sister.

Well i've gotta go get DP from work now, later everyone.

    Morning ladies
Kirra, it's just not your week

Taegan, what a pain! I hope it cleans easily... although probably not

Well i was woken at around 5:30a when Brendan fell off our bed, DP forgot to puthis pillows along the edge . Brendan wouldn't settle into his own bed so slept with us... Bad bad I know. He's back down for a nap now 7:45am, we've been up since 6.

I'm looking at starting a mothers group in my area, there is nothing in the community for premmie mums, and I dont fit in with the young mums (they are mostly quite immature) and the other mums groups are all older and i dont fit there. At least with a premmie mums groups we all know how each other feels, what we've been through, what we are going through... so it doesn't matter if i'm 22 and the rest are in their 30's or something. I'm hoping it'll work out. I've contacted my loacal paper and also my CHN and OT. They are both going to help me organise it, the OT already has one lady lined up, whose just got home from the hospital after having a 24weeker!! I'm really looking forward to meeting her.

    Anyway I'm rambling...

Kirra when i was is hospy at 32 weeks it was a good learning experience coz i realised what i wanted in my bag. Take things like shower gel, nice moisteriser, lip balm and just general stuff for u. U will be so glad u did. Also take some snacks such as chips and lollies.. once bubs out i have heard u can get quite hungry bcoz of the BF demands. Not all hospitals cator (sp) for this. Also pack clothes (if u wish) for Charli that are pink or some other colour. Most hospies supply everything for bub and they are white. so avoid getting ur stuff mixed up in thier Um im taking some coffee from home in a small container.. little luxury for me.
HTH... tho i could go on forever!
