Myturn: I have to say a huge thank you for the app you suggested for my iPhone, I have been recording all of my food every day and I have lost 3.3 kgs I am so happy and feel so on track and good about being able to stick to it.
I think that doing something different and counting kilojoules instead of looking at points from weight watchers is really helping. It is also easier as I can just look at a packet without having to work out the points.
Hope you have all had a good week this week:-). I must say though I am still being a lazy bum and not exercising much, I have to start doing that as well.
