Welcome Trishalicious! I would like to lose about 15 kilos too. Although I really need to lose more My immediate goal is five kilos. Hopefully we can help each other out!

Had a mediocre week. Been in pain from AF but now I am trying to start up exercise again. Just did half an hour on Wii fit (better than nothing I guess-it got my heart going and I was sweating!). I will do more later, as well as 30 mins on exercise bike. My aim is to do this everyday (or more) for the next 30 days. According to the scales I have lost 1.5kg...although it tends to fluctuate daily.
