I am determined to lose as close to 10kg as I possibly can by April 26th for my next FS appointment. All AC treatment is on hold until then.
I have been eating well and exercising sporadically (unfortunately not consistently) since 13 Feb. I have lost 2.5kgs.
The past couple of days have been colder and I am finding myself a little hungry. I can also feel negative thoughts creeping in, that it is all too overwhelming. I need to stay focused because it is early days yet.
Is anyone else out there still wanting to give this a go???
