Myturn - It's great you like the PT at the new place, sounds like you have a plan. I'm conquering the x-trainer at the moment so just imagine I'm one of the girls on those at your gym (the best looking one thanks!! ha ha ).

I have a question, what have you 2 been told about exercising during IVF? Can I carry on as usual (jogging, walking, x-training) while jabbing then go easy during the 2ww or are you supposed to take it easy for the whole cycle? Thanks for your help. I want to limit weight gain as much as possible but not reduce the chances of the IVF working!

My report for today so far - I didn't have time for breakfast so was starving at lunch and ate 2 bread rolls - fail!!!!
