you might regret that one day though - i don't "lose it" often, but when i do, it's a massive one! i've had many a minor tanty in my journal when things are going to hell!

AB - thanks for the welcome I went to the hotel gym in melb and have started using mine I have also been to the pool to check out the Aqua classes.
