sushee - the orgalutron is an antagonist that does indeed inhibit the LH rise - and is often used to limit OHSS developing - i'm due to start it on wednesday - they tend to prefer to use lucrin/synarel though, seeing it's atleast $80 a day on top of the normal cycle costs...
