Rara,
RE: LOW BASAL BODY TEMP QUESTION...

most temps are around 36.4 and higher, apparently that's the average.

I have discovered that if you have consistently low bbt's then you possibly have sub clinical hypo thyroidism (underactive thyroid) which can lead to a myriad of probs.

I have been to an accupuncturist and a herbalist and both of these treatments have worked wonders for me, with my temps an average of 36.5 now. Is this something that you would consider doing? Going to a herbalist or similar?

Sometimes sub clinical hypo thyroidism doesn't show up on the ordinary blood tests for thyroid, you have to ask for special tests, but the best and easiest way to find out if you have an underactive thyroid is to take your BBT each day (which you've already done) and if its low, then there's a good chance that you have underactive thyroid.

Hope this helps you out...
