Thanks girls!!!! Who here is on Crinone and 1 cardiprin a month??? DH acidentally put the Crinone in the fridge for 2 hours yesterday while I was out to it after coming home from hospital I hope it doesn't affect it, cause QFG told me they had complaints of the pessaries melting in the containers so to put them in the fridge and he thought he was doing the right thing by putting both in the fridge, silly duffa he is!!!! And also the nurses said to me after FET if you use heat packs have a warm bath or any change of body temperature kills the embryo ( their exact words ) I never knew this lucky they said this as I am really big on my hot baths for pain relief and I have a hot shower no matter if its boiling outside...

Murraycod - I hope this month is over soon so you can get on with the next cycle!!!!

Emerald - Thats great news oh I can't wait to hear you BT result!!! only 3 days till BT wahoo!!!!

Miss K - I am only on the crinone....however i can't help you with that question...just leave them back out to get to room temperature and see what happens..alternatively, you can contact your local pharmacist and ask them...as for the change of body temp killing embryos..well...i dunno..but like you i love hot hot showers no matter what the temp is outside..as for baths and spas etc..i have been told that that is a no no!! i think you should just start popping the panadol for pain relief.

MissK, I was on 1 crinone pessarie per night, FS told me I did not have to put the crinone inthe fridge, but not to let them get over 25deg.
Being near Mildura in the stinking heat this summer, we only have evaporative aircond, so the Crinone lived in the crisper part of the fridge.
I did however got each pessarie out at least an hour before I used it, so it was at room temp X
Bath and shower a no no! XX

Miss K - I think i can help you with the heat question. It is really important that your body temp remians regulated, so they advise against anything too hot which is going to make you body temp go up and similarly with cold things, don't let yourself get too cold. This is due to the blood and oxygen in your body, if you are hot or cold your body reacts to that and draws blood and oxygen to places that need it most. Your body will ultimately look after you first before it worries about the embryo. This applies for the 2WW but especially in those first 48hrs when the embryo is likely to implant. The only reason i know is because i asked the nurses that question yesterday Hope that helps a bit.

ATM - looking forward to a drug free day YAY!!! EPU in the morning.

    Happy Valentines Day to all
