Congratulations Skye!!!! I'm very happy for you.. How wonderful \/
Now for a sad, feeling sorrow for myself moment....

I am off for a blood test tomorrow morning. Alas I don't think it's going to positive for us....just feel the same as every other month you know????? We've got one more round of puregon/pregnyl to do and then back to the specialist's in March to discuss.....IVF! the big one..... I was thinking of having a month off, but with our appt in March, suppose we'd better just try the puregon one more time.. I'm starting to lose hope, and wondering if I just need to stop. Had horrid argument w DH over virtually nothing yesterday and still not talking to him this morning, so I'm not in the best mood about life in general right now. Sorry to bring this thread down..... I really am....just needed to wallow a bit in prep for tomorrow's bad news... Damn that women's intuition, I just wish I didn't have so much of it.

    Hi Ladies,

Just wondering if you can squeeze an extra member in here???

DH (30) and I (25) have been TTC since Oct 04, due to a history of endo we started looking into things, and that resulted in me having a 2nd lap operation to remove endo again in Nov 05 and also to do dye tests etc. We have set a 6 month deadline from the lap to conceive naturally (apart from endo everything is normal) and then we will be on to IVF. I am freaking out a little :boggle: and finding it hard to stay positive, but I am sure you all know what that is like!

Look forward to chatting with you.

Hello everyone and congrats again Skye and Magic!

Welcome Bambi and best of luck with everything ... the girls in here know how hard it can get and they are your best support.

Welcome Sam ... your situation is a little bit like mine. I had an operation to remove endo in December 2004 and my very wise and wonderful doctor said that we had to make the most of the six month window of opportunity before the endo grew back. I didn't end up conceiving naturally but we had one IVF cycle in July and things went very well so I just wanted to reassure you that what can seem scary now is sometimes the answer to your problem. Fingers crossed of course that we hear some good news from you in the next little while! Also if you do need to go through IVF, this forum is full of many good people who have done this before and it is a source of so much comfort and support. I wish you well in your journey.

Janee - best of luck for your appointment in March and I wish you well too. Don't worry about "bringing people down". You need to have somewhere to talk about these feelings for your own sanity and what better place than BB. I hope things take an upswing for you soon.

Shan, Little Chookie ... thinking of you girls.

Looking forward to some more good news in here very soon.

    Love,

    Mel

    Hi Girls

    Mel - I'm okay...how's things with you....

Sam - A big welcome to you. You'll find heaps and heaps of support in here. Good luck for the next 4 months....hope you get your BFP

Bambi - How are you going???

lil_chookie - how was the beach (or are you still there?) I guess i'll know the answer to that question soon enough. Either way, hope you had fun....

Leis - hows things with you. You've been a bit quiet lately....thinking of you...

Janee - how did you go with your BT? Hope you're okay......

Jane, Didge, Inspiration, MargOz, Michelle, Skye - (and everyone else too) thinking of you all and sending you big hugs..........

Me - Well i'm STILL bleeding. 34 days now and i am soooooo over it. Some days is disappears and i think great - finally it's over, and then an hour or so later, bang, it's back again........I've got an appointment with the clinic tomorrow arvo to see what the hell is going on. They've said since the beginning of the month for me not to worry about it (along with the normal crap of every woman is different and it's quite normal blah blah blah) but i am really starting to worry now. Surely bleeding for 34 days straight cannot be normal. I'm actually quite scared that something is really wrong with me. I'll wait an see what they say tomorrow but if they tell me just to wait it out until it stops then i'm not going to be happy. I didn't even bleed this long when i had my M/C.

Oh well, that's my vent for this morning. Hope all you lovely ladies are having a fantastic weekend.

    Love Shan....

I just noticed my previous post.............

YAY to me for hitting 50 posts. I know to most of you that it isn't a big number, but when you've joined other forums in the past and were so bored that you didn't even make it to 5 posts, it just goes to show how great BB is.

Now to just go platinum........it will happen soon....i promise

    Shan
