LTTTC Two Week Wait Thread #4

Rols- it hurt, not lightly, he clipped the lower part of my ribs. I think he was like oops when he had done it. D...h..d!!! Thing is, he knew i had had a m/c and he knew i had done ivf, and even in saying that, no guy should ever hit a girl in the belly, EVER! I was just upset after, over tired, sick of the crap he says. There was a sick little baby at work last night, and was a lot of work, i moved him into resus bay because he needed monitoring closer. Team leader, doc was happy with this. He was working in resus, and is the type of person that, if you take a sick child in there, he complains. So you end up doing the work in there for that baby/child anyhow. Which i did. Doing some procedures on baby and was holding this tiny innocent baby still for close to 2 hours, an hour of that under heat lamp, and i asked him to take over. He wanted to know why, what for blah blah. I wasnt feeeling that great, and it was none of his business. I did most of the work for that baby and he knew it. But after he hit me, he went on about me not being able to "be under the lights" and him having to do my work. Thats when i walked out, said im not taking this s..t! Yes, i agree that he makes inappropriate sexual comments, im too scared to do much, people know what he is like. In my job, i have seen many male nurses get away with too much, not that that is stereotyping all nurses, i guess i have just had some bad experiences. I dont like people criticising my work, because i know i work my butt off and do the best for the children and families i care for. Grrr, im just getting angry. DH has threatened to do many things to him on many occasions!!
Anyway, tummy feels ok, but i guess thats besides the point.
Rols, i hope DW is well and things are going positive.
