Well, I've just gone through my 3rd Clomid cycle. 1oomg this time and although it did wonders for the progesterone (73.51 on CD22) it didn't get me pregnant or lengthen my LP (only 11 days). I was thinking of giving it a rest this cycle when I started spotting yesterday but then I was given the good prog level. My progesterone first cycle on 50mg was 53, 2nd cycle at 50mg was 42 (CD24) and then this cycle 100mg 73. 100mg certainly seems to be getting me ovulating well and truely but don't know why LP still short. I take the clomid day 2-6 and get a positive OPK on CD15 so probably ovulate then or CD16. When everything used to work perfectly normally I always used to ovulate CD17-18. Have always fallen pregnant when it has been like this. I would just feel happier if I was doing this. If you are supposed to ovulate day 14 when taking clomid day 2-6 would it make sense that I would ovulate later if I took it day 3-5 etc? I would feel better if my ovulation time went back to how it was.
I am going on I know. What do you ladies think? I still may take a break this month (from the clomid) and see what my prog levels are and the LP. Have to decide soon as I need to buy the clomid as I am on CD1 today.

Anyway, sorry to come back and bore you all to tears. Wish I could have had some happy news for you all.
I have missed you. Oh, can you answer a question? What is IUI and what does it intail. I was asked and I guessed that it stood for Inter-uterine insemintation but only guessed that by the initials. Does any one know? Sorry for being thick. The friend that asked thought i would know as she says I'm pretty smart!! Who told her that?!!!
