Hi ladies, how have you all been ?
Im feeling pretty good, still really tired but not sick anymore.

Well my visit to the Ob went really well on Friday, he was just great, nicest male Dr I think I have had !! Unfortunately its a public hospital so I may not get to see him again and he is also from the Royal Womens Hospital in Melbourne so I dont know how long he will be around for. It would be really cool if he was here for at least another 6 months
We heard a beautiful strong heartbeat, the first time since 6 weeks. Although I could feel bub moving I still felt a little nervous so to hear that heartbeat was awesome.

The only thing they are a bit worried about is the potential size of this bub, which they are going to keep an eye on. My last baby weighed 10lb 11oz and normaly they tend to get bigger, so I may have to have a ceaser. Time will tell...

Em I also have a scan booked for Sep 16 (dearmum we seem to be following each other thats cool) we are going to find out the sex too. I dont know if it is wishfull thinking on my part but I think it is a girl this time, hopefuly he/she will not be shy to show their bits

Dearmum have you done the ring test ? you know side to side for boy circle for girl... I do it all the time and every time it says a girl. I guess we will find out soon...
You have a nice little belly there !! What time is your scan ? Mine is at 10:30 so as soon as I get home I`ll hop on line and let you know.

Onemore does it feel different to your boys?? Were they the same when you were pg?
I did the ring test with all mine and it was all right. I did it heaps with Breah and eveytime it said GIRL!
You girls all make me clucky and its not good

WOW ladies......you are making me so want to be doing my IVF now, but i cant...BOOHOO......I know have to have another pap.....why i dont know because i only had it not long ago.....hopefully they are wanting to make sure everything is ok and then i can get the big NOD to start....one can only hope......i look forward to hear about your scans girls and what you have brewing inside.....boys or girls......cheers kiya

Hi LadiesI just did the ring test and it goes in circles so hmmm maybe a girl.
Hi Onemore My scan is at 130 perth time so 330 you guys time,i will be on as soon as i get home.Gosh the time goes so slow when your waiting for something.Yeh im going shopping that day after i find out,yay i cant wait.

hey everyone, just keeping you up to date. I am looking at ivf. i have contacted the westmead, but its not looking good at the price of travelling down from nth qld. it is going to be $700 each one of us and we have to go down 3 times. I dont have the financial means to pull that money. i thought it was only the one price. anyway, sorry for venting. glad that everyone is going well. will keep you all posted.

oh luvchildren..........that is a bummer.......yeah we sat down and worked out the sums as well, and it is looking like it is better to go local for IVF than down at Westmead also......after all the travelling and accomodation, then treatment......it is enarly the same amount to go through a local clinic.....plus even though we were goign to do ICSI, which is more than IVF, i also have to spend 3 months on clexane and the pill together because i cant take the pill on its own or i would get a blood clot.........think i better put a lotto on......hope it all works out for you.....and vent as much as you want.....cheers kiya

Hi Kiya & LuvchildrenYeh i can imagine how you guys are feeling it sucks when money is in the way.Um with my clinic they dont charge until the program is finish so after that you can pay it off bit by bit the charges were like $5000 but you get heaps back from medicare so it cost me $2500 in the end.Can you find a clinic that allows you to pay it off?i know i was prepared to use my credit card but thats just me because i hate waiting.You ladies will do great with IVF its now or never with this sort of thing.
