A big hello to everyone else, im going to bed shortly, had a big few days. We bought a new house (for investment) so lots of running around with banks, brokers etc etc, we have a full on weekend with visitors and going to do another inspection of the house tomorrow, and a sick DD1 on top of it all, ah the joys of mummyhood!
