Dry biccies first thing in the morn, and dont let ur tum get empty!! Try not to be around certain foods that are cooking... the smells really triggered mine!
Milk is not something that aot of people would suggest, but having milk in my stomach was a real winner Got rid of any heartburn too!

I am still sick at 29w!! It doesnt worry me anymore, I am so used to it!!

Good luck and I hope it clears for you soon. I hope you aren't like me with entire pregnancy sickness.
