I had to eat as well- I found it really tough because it was summer when I found I was pg, so the heat made htings 10 times worse, and I am a teacher, so I had no where to go when I felt sick. I found that sipping lots of cold drinks helped, I couldnt face water so it was always juice or lemon cordial, lemonade was good was was ginger beer. Lemonade icey poles were a saviour too. I snacked constantly on crackers or salt & vinegar chips- I had a tough time explaining to a class of 9 year olds why I was allowed to eat in class but they were not.
Good luck, once you find that 'thing' that works for you, stick with it!
