Maybe you could ask to have a scan early so you can see a heartbeat. Some Dr's are sensitive.

I know I just found out I'm pregnant having just had 3 miscarriages this year. I am very worried about this one as well. And I will see if Dr will give me a scan early just to calm my nerves.
