I decided ages ago that I wanted to go private and chose my hospital. I also recently decided on an OB. So when I went for my BT at the GP I just asked her what happens next (if my BT turned out to be positive). She said I would have to choose a hospital etc. I told her I had already decided on a hospital and OB. So she told me just to ring up and book in and she would do up a referral letter.

I'm going to ring up on Monday to book in. And I asked the GP what happens next / do I need to see her again etc. She said no, unless I have bleeding. So I guess I just wait for my first scan with the OB.
