I too just want to eat salty, fatty food - so I've been trying to choose the healthier of unhealthy options - eg. I've been making oven fries (rather than getting KFC chips); I've been eating ryvita & vegemite (to satisfy the salt craving, while still getting some fibre); I've been eating toobs or rice crackers (yeah, I know, still full of flavourings & preservatives - but not as fatty as other brands of chips); I buy low-fat sausages (because sausages & chips have been the two major cravings so far!!).
