Fortunately nothing as weird as your combo Tam!

Ohhh yeh ICE!! I have to have ice with my drink now!
Willow - I want to try it, but don't think I will just yet LOL.

Bubble is quite common for growing bubs! Alan and I laugh and say if we have a boy it will become the boy in the bubble

ROFL Tamara! Doritos and ice cream sounds delicious!

My nausea has kicked in a little today so I went to the cupboard this morning to get a plain milk coffee biscuit out and as I did, I saw a bottle of sweet chilli sauce and thought the biscuit would be nice dipped in the sweet chilli sauce. I didnt actually do it as I was feeling sick but I thought it was strange that I would even think about it.

    I'm only 5 weeks and 4 days .......

My diet has totally changed this pregnancy and its really quite depressing!! I used to love salads and lots of veges and now I just dont want to eat either!! Id prefer to have maccas or something really fatty craving salty chips, hot and packet chips. Weird I tell ya! I have totally gone of meat, fish and chicken. Which doesnt leave me much to eat. Ive been trying to be good and eat canned soup. I also cant get enough bread. Im gonna be huge by the time I have this baby!

Mummabear - you are the same as me, in the 1st tri all i wanted was toast. and ihave craved salt like nothing else... anything salty is good. more junky food than normal too. the good news is i havent put on a lot of weight yet (about 2kgs so far) - i have been trying tomake myself be more healthy, but veges etc really make me feel ick. fruit is good - esp tinned peaches, pineapple of any sort and strawberries. bizarre what our bodies do.

i can't really say i have craved anything.. but i'm with you guys on the salty thing.. especially maccas fries..

the only thing is that I used to LOVE garlic, like i'm talking pasta with about 3 to 4 cloves of garlic.. now if i even think about it.. i dry reach or even vomit..

My sister says that once you go off something while pregnant.. you won't want to eat it again.. is this true?? I hope not cause i love chocolate too but haven't been able to eat any.

OH GOOD GOD NOOO! I hope not

I have gone completely off red meat. Including Spag Bolognes. Which totally sucks. I can't even stand the smell of it now. I used to love garlic and can't stand the smell. As well as Parmesan cheese.

    LOL @ the Playdoh.

I had a friend that craved door stops... I don't know

i havne't had any real weird cravings but early on before i knew i was pregnant i had the biggest urge for a pepporoni pizza with extra cheese - i'd never had a specific cravings like that before where i knew exaclty what i wanted so badly so i knew something was going on.

All i really want to eat is hot chips. I've gone through stages where i haven't wanted meat just veggies now i can't stomach veggies just meat - but carbs are my biggest thing i can eat anything that is considered a carb especailly potatos!

I must confess I am making a very healthy fried rice (no oil) for dinner. I figured this would be the easiest way to get some fibre and veges in because they are in small peices! lol. Bring on the soy sauce!

I too just want to eat salty, fatty food - so I've been trying to choose the healthier of unhealthy options - eg. I've been making oven fries (rather than getting KFC chips); I've been eating ryvita & vegemite (to satisfy the salt craving, while still getting some fibre); I've been eating toobs or rice crackers (yeah, I know, still full of flavourings & preservatives - but not as fatty as other brands of chips); I buy low-fat sausages (because sausages & chips have been the two major cravings so far!!).
