Awesome Yes well I was trying to loose weight So i've been doing Cardio and weights but really wasn't sure what was what I also do a few classes but I'm guessing the yoga/pilates style one will be perfectly fine. I just dont want to tell people yet although I can tell this one is looking on the up compared to the others :-)
A quiet word with the class instructor before the class starts to let them know you are pregnant would help too. I kept going to the gym for quite a while, was doing pump classes up until after 7 months.
