Going to the gym early pregnancy

Can I reiterate how important it is to tell your instructor that you're pregnant. I would hate to have a participant keel over and not know why. I keep an eye on all my pregnant ladies and most instructors will be very discreet if you're not telling anyone yet

Yea I agree that is the first thing I did! Tell the instructor, she also then gave me a few tips on what to do if it is too high impact!!
