I am 36 weeks and still go to gym, walk 5 klm a day and bike ride! if you feel like you can keep doing then do it!!
My Ob has been happy to let me keep going - I do Pump, RPM ( or bike Spin Class whatever other gyms call it)
I couldnt do RPM after 20 weeks, too unbalanced with the growing belly lol !
