I have been planning my own, with help from my mum and mil.

I think traditionally, someone is supposed to plan it for you, and you're there as the guest of honour...

There are certain games I want, ones my mum wants ans ones mil wants. I'm trying to please everyone, but ultimately, this way its my decision in the end.

    Thanks Everyone

I still feel a bit rude planning one, even though we don't expect gifts, but there are people that want to buy so thought it would be easier to do a baby shower, rather than tell people individually what we *need* ya know?

Im still a bit undecided on what we will do ....

I don't see a baby shower as fishing for gifts. For me it was taking time out to get together with friends and family before baby arrived.
